Exporting an Acceptable Use Policy

An Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) is created as an HTML file. You can export an HTML file for safe-keeping, or for future use.

When you import the content of an AUP, the existing content will be replaced without displaying a warning. If you want to save your existing content, you should first export the displayed AUP before importing the replacement text.

To export an AUP

  1. From the left-hand pane, choose Picture of the Acceptable Use Policies icon Acceptable Use Policies.

  2. Choose the AUP you want to export. A preview of the AUP content is displayed in the right-hand pane.

  3. Click the Export button.

  4. Save the HTML file to the required location.
